I eat right, exercise at least a little, drink water… One of my biggest downfalls is eating entirely way too much. I set a reminder and have my skirt on the wall for me to look at often. I have to make it work and make it easy.

Ive lost some weight, got into some new clothes, eat healthier. Of course there are some downer days, but for the most part I’m doing really well. I’m happy with me!
