As of right now my Best Buy credit card debt is almost paid off. I have $50 bucks to pay left, On friday when I get paid I plan to pay that off and close my account. It’s taking a while but I’m half way through. Just the Capital One debt to go!
Ok I have to pay off my Best Buy and Capital one credit card. So I have this plan. It’s not a really big debt, but my plan is to pay off my Best Buy card first and then the Capital one. My monthly bill for both cards is $10 a month and I owe $2xx.xx on my Best buy card & $4xx.xx on the Capital one. I plan to pay at least $50 out of my checks starting this payday to pay off the best buy card and pay the minimum payment for the capital one for now. I figured after 4-5 paydays my best buy card will be paid off and then I can cancel it and then I can start paying $50 a month to my Capital one card & pay it off. Also if I have extra money I’ll put in a little more so I can finish paying all this off for good.
OK! Its been almost a years now since I posted this goal and I finish it and got my real estate license, but now its been almost a year & its time for the 1 renewal CE classes. I plan to sign up for classes today to fulfill my 30 hrs continuing education, So I’ll keep you guy all updated.
Ok so I got this quicken software working a couple weeks ago and found out for the last 4 years where my money was mostly going; I was afraid to look at it. I’m guilty for shopping a lot! YUP cloths. I’ve stop wasting money like I use to, I’m starting to be more money savvy about this whole spending thing.
My main focus right now is to:
1.Control my spending!
2.Financial educate myself more.
3.Raise my income and degrade the outcome.
4.Figure out my income and what goes out monthly.
5.Set a budget.
6.Figure out alternative ways to spend more wisely.
7.Don’t spend more than I make!
Right now I saved money by quitting smoking a long time ago, it was a big burden on the income. Plus I’m healthier.
I cancelled my gym pass and started working out at home.
I actually stop eating out a lot. I started cooking.
I don’t buy cds or dvds anymore. I actually burn my cds and borrow dvds from people now.
Also, I drive a big truck and it eats up to much gas, so I don’t drive as much no more. Only when I need too.
So it’s getting kind of chill here in Vegas and I didn’t want to run outside because I might get sick. So I ran the treadmill today and found some great workout routines on womenhealthmag. that helps a lot.

Hello everybody!
I think this is a great objective, especially because I live in Las Vegas and they just passed this Law banning people from feeding the homeless. What a terrible decision the city of Las Vegas ordinance made. They say the law was passed to help cut down the homeless population in Las Vegas, to get the homeless to go to the shelter instead, so they could get help to get back on their feet; but instead I think this violates free speech and other rights and banning people from committing a random act of kindness is just ridiculous. I’m just surprised about this whole issue, especially after going to this great can drive held by the people of Las Vegas.
A couple months ago I went to this event which my cousin was help setting up, it was hosted by the rock steady crew and other hip hop peers and some people from the Las Vegas ordinance. Called the ” YES WE CAN CAN DRIVE” They had dancing, dj’s and art galleries set up for people to enjoy, there was only one suggestion to get in and that was to bring as much can food and blanket, cloths, to donate and they got a big response from a lot of locals and out of state visitors and raised thousands of can food.
Yeah after a night out my sister, cousin and I decided to go to the gym about 11:30 to 1:00 in the morning. Just got home from that. It was cool, just a small workout, it was late so it wasn’t crowded like usual, we did alittle running and played a little hoops and then weight lift, and headed home and relaxed, so today was a good day.
I have to work on my sarcastic humor! I know it’s one of my flaws which I really want to change. It’s funny to some people that I make sarcastic remarks and as I have seen not to all people. It could get annoying sometimes and rub some people the wrong way. Unfortunately conveying laughter using irony isn’t working. I’m tired of the witty and sarcastic behavior I have; so im going to find sense of humor somewhere else.
So I accomplished my 90 hours and passing two exams to get my real estate certificate. Now for the hard part I have to pass the PSI exam which is the national exam and i’ll be qualified as an real estate agent!!! Whoa
Whooo it’s really hot here in vegas to exercise, let alone with the heat I must of lost some pounds. Exercising when the weather is excessively hot takes a toll on you. I kept my routine simple today.
stretching for 15 mins.
Running outside: 20 min.
Sit Ups: 200
Triceps: 3 reps of 15 on each arm.
Shoulder and trapezius: 3 reps of 15.
So today was my last day of real estate school study class. Days of of 9hrs. of real estate law learning. Tired but worth it; I’m almost there into getting my real estate salesperson license. Next saturday and sunday are exams and if I pass which I have confidence in, I have to sign up for the psi exam and pass it to receive my license.
Well the end off this month is going well for me. First off I passed my math test. I bought a new chevy tahoe two days ago and today I got to spend time with my sister. We went golfing with her boyfriend. Tomorrow there going to take me to a shooting range. I never shot let alone held a real gun. So this is going to be a fun experience for me this week, because during the end of this week and next week I’m going to be busy with school, and testing. So it’s good to relax before getting down to business!
Ok, so I’ve been reading the “Peak To Peek Principle” lately. One quote from Robert H. Schuller that entice me to keep on reading was it said that the secret of success is simple:
“Find a hurt and heal it; find a problem and solve it; find an obstacle and remove it, bridge it, or turn it into an opportunity!”
“Find a need and fill it.”
I just signed up for real estate school today. The first day starts next month on the 8th. It cost $458.00 and it’s a 4 day class spread out between the 8th and 16th of July. After I’m going to have to take an exam in order to get my realtor license. So I’m going to be busy next month with school and exams. It’s frustrating but after everything all done, it’ll be all good.
Ok in order to save money. I’m going to have to make a plan, Also I keep all my receipt and transaction receipt so I’m going to have to start recording my money spending again, so I can find out were I’m spending my money at. My needs, utilities, bills, school, etc; and next make a budget. I’m going to do this by using the quicken software I have on my computer which I never bothered to use. I was roaming around with quicken and find it useful.
This will help me make good decision’s when spending money. Also to use my money for more important things rather then wasting it on unnecessary items.
I just found out yesterday that I passed my math test!!. What a relief, I studied and it paid off.
as many languages as I can! YUP basically be a cunning linguist! It will get me in touch with other cultures more and I never know, I might need to use what ever languages I learn in the future.
Well during the month of June I will be going to school for a couple of weeks and hopefully graduating will open new and fulfilling experiences for my life.
