I spent the majority of my life in fear and generally
a holding pattern waiting for something, anything to
happen. I finally came to the realization that I had
to stop waiting and figure out what I wanted to do
and it worked! I am now living my life on my own
terms in the place where I want to be. I also
found life-long friends! It doesn’t get any better!

Quench my thirst....

About 5 or 6 years ago, I started drinking 8 glasses of
water a day. It was hard at first but I found buying a
water bottle made it much easier. I found 2 major benefits
were that it kept my weight in balance and helped keep
my skin pretty much acne-free! So good luck!
