How I did it
How I did it: I set the criteria for what qualified as an exercise session. It had to be at least 30 minutes of medium to vigorous activity such as walking, elliptical, or bicycling. I kept a log of each exercise session in an online activity log and in my planner. I had from Monday to Sunday of each week in which to complete 4 exercise sessions.
