Better for you, better for the environment. I’ve been using menstrual cups for the past 7 years or so and I think they are the best thing EVER. If you’re trying it for the first time, keep in mind the learning curve can be steep. It took me about three cycles to get comfortable with it but my determination paid off.
For those that get leakage, try a smaller size. I’m 36 and often they recommend the larger size but it makes me leak (same when I used the larger tampons before). Even the small size of the Diva Cup made me leak. Mooncup UK was the best for me.
