How I did it: I spent a week in Budapest having cosmetic dentistry. I had 10 crowns to give me a nice new smile.The procedure was not too painful just uncomfortable at times. Most of the work (preparation) was done on the Monday, about 4 hours. Wednesday was whitening, about 90 mins and Friday was the fixing of the permanent crowns, about an hour.
