How I did it: I already voluntereed on several places, the most recent one being an homeless chelter. I did it through my parish priest (just asked him if he knew of anything and he directed me to the shelter). Read how I did it…
At the moment I’m not very active on the animal charity but I started doing one day per week at an homeless shelter and I’m really enjoying it.
You do learn a lot and if I’m not going more often is only due to lack of time.
I finally decided to go with Open University and registered today. I can’t believe I’m doing this. I must be completly bonkers. Right now I just feel horrified that I actually clicked submit on the application and filled in! lol
I guess it’s normal but I feel this dreadfull feeling if I’m about to make a mistake or not.
Will I have time? Will I just discover that too many years have passed and I’m completly dumb to go to uni?
I guess I will find out soon enough!
I think this goal is actually going pretty well with the resident pets. The non residents are still the issue though :/
