How I did it
How I did it: I already voluntereed on several places, the most recent one being an homeless chelter. I did it through my parish priest (just asked him if he knew of anything and he directed me to the shelter). Read how I did it…

At least until teh kids move out I guess :p
But nowadays I’m getting more sleep than before and I feel much better!
I by now almost never go to bed at ridiculous hours and feel way too tired in the morning when getting up with the kids.
It may still happen once in a while but much mnore in moderation and I’m happy about it.
In the mornings I feel much happier and energized and I’m not falling asleep at dinner time either,
