Two years ago I dropped about 35 pounds in a little over 3 months. I remember just doing it. No prior plans, it just happened and I managed to keep off the weight for a whole year…
Now it feels like a major burden. I gained all that I’ve lost plus an extra ten pounds.
It never seems like the right time. Yes, the same lame excuses will start piling..
Old diet plans failed miserably (every time I think of dieting I unintentionally start eating more).
I just need to do this on my own, by my rules.
I joined a gym last month which was a huge letdown (bad experience).All I know is that I need to lose this weight by February. SOMEHOW!
