How I did it: I joined a gym after i quit smoking. I also committed to going atleast 3-5 times a week and its working great 4 me. I found that some days i would be crying while on the eliptical ( an inside cry lol ) to get off but i fed off of other peoples adrenalin rush and their motivation. Read how I did it…
