Ahh, my final year of uni is making me gain weight!
Can’t seem to stay in the library for any length of time without a caramel latte.
Bought a 1L flask today, going to fill it with green tea everyday before I head to the library/Lectures. That way I will save money AND calories.
Time to be skinny AND smart. Study, study, diet! xx

Today is the first day i have actually looked at my body in my underwear and LIKED what i saw.
The gym is paying off! hoping i can lose one more pound by wednesday. Going as a black cat for halloween :)
Lunch: Skinless Chicken breast, peppers and onion in wholemeal pitta
Dinner: The leftover chicken breast pepper and onion (on its own without any bread)
Excercise: 30 minutes cross trainer, 2k running at 10k/h, ab workout.
