I probably shouldn’t be writing this just yet but, what the hell?
I just finished 20 minutes of pilates, following along with one of my favourite videos (I’m lying. Girl, have you seen the price of some of those videos? We aren’t all Paris Hiltons here, people. I went with a free 20 minute PodCast instead) this morning and am currently writing this out before jumping in an ice cold shower and getting ready to head out.
I’m glad. It’s been a while since I’ve really done exercise (Girl, what the hell do you mean 5 minutes of Just Dance doesn’t really count?) so it feels great. Totally ready for the day ahead.
Took me about two hours but it was totally worth it! Kind of a crappy way, I originally thought, to end my weekend but now I get to sit in my bed with some chocolate, wearing my sweatpants, and watching NCIS with my tea while I look at all the great work I’ve done.
Life is great!
Lol. Don’t know why this hasn’t already been done.
They do a few segments on weight loss, another one of my goals, and also give good tips on just about everything. If I can workout while I watch it everyday, and learn something then I don’t see why the hell not.
If I’m not going to university or college next year, I have to make sure this year is the start of something different: something better.
Need to do this. This Friday! It’s on, closet!
This’ll be a fun one. It’s something I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid and now I’m going to do it.
When the weather warms up I’m going to check a book out of the library and spend the night with the stars.
We’ve been laughing a lot in the last few days.
I’m hoping to move out soon and if this is our last year of seeing each other everyday then I want to make it last.
I’m going to be a better sister. I’ve decided.
I’ve picked out some cheap exercise equipment from a few stores around town. Hopefully I can head in Friday and pick some up.
I just want to get this goal over with, because I know I’ll never be able to complete my other goal of losing 20lbs by the summer if I can’t even do this one.
This’ll be easy though. 20 minutes in the morning will be quick, especially when the weather warms up and I can finally break out my bike for a morning ride.
