I go almost daily now. There is this little church that is open 24 hours and when I need to go, I drive over there nand lay it all out for God. It helps enormously.

of people who are healthy for me. But yet, I feel better each time I let a person go because it had to be done. Becky was the last casualty. I don’t even miss her…shows you that she was no good, eh?

I am not flipping yet, I am wholesaling. I closed another deal today, so I am happy. I am looking forward to my first flip, though.
