For all practical purposes, I am a vegetarian, which is great. However, beans and tofu and the soy fortified cereals go only so far for a guy who is on a fitness rampage. I am trying to get more protein, but would prefer it from vegetarian sources. Wheat germ, more tofu, here I come!!

I am about 2/3 months away from getting to the black belt level for fitness. Have run more than 310 hours, 1800 miles, burned over 198,200 kCalories lifted over 1.5 million lbs in two years, and I will get to this soon.
