It’s only about 1.5 miles each way but I’m ditching the car and riding most days. I go slowly and enjoy the feeling of pushing my legs and moving.

I noticed in the last few months that the pain isn’t as severe. I have cut back on my medication to .5 mg, the lowest dose I have been on since starting. my goal is to get off it by year 10. That would be SO wonderful!
