I got a facial a few weeks ago. It really helped me get more motivated on this goal. Whatever they used on my face got rid of a few dry patches of skin that WOULD NOT GO AWAY – seriously, it was there on my forehead and between my eyebrows for 2 years. It was amazing! I canceled my Proactiv and purchased the skin wash they had there by Jan Marini. I think my face is getting better, but I still relapse and pick- sometimes without even realizing it.

Here's Me 23 months ago

I really need to stop picking my face. I sit down on the counter in the bathroom and pick my face – wielding a needle, tweezers & a tissue. I pick, poke & squeeze so much that it makes me late for work. Then when I get home I do it again, then right before I go to bed, I do it once more. It’s not just my face, it’s the back of my upper arms, my legs & my bikini area. I pluck every in-grown hair I can see, and squeeze out every little plug I can. It it awful. I hate my face. I hate my arms. I hate my skin. I am going to try my damnedest to stop picking. I’ve been doing it for years – as long as I can remember. I need to clear up my face for Christmas family pictures. I have about 20 days to get my act together so I am not hiding from the camera anymore!
