I have scoliosis and plantar fasciitis, so it needs to be a day that I don’t move apparently.

How I did it: Our band got a gig before we had any songs written. We could do a cover or two but they were expecting at least one original song. The band sat down and we started with some rhymes and before long had a full song. Since then I wrote a few songs on my lonesome, but it's always better with friends. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just bought a ticket and actually went with my mom. It was good times, louder than I expected (as we weren't exactly in first row). Wow enjoyed it as much as I did. Read how I did it…
How I did it: A week of practise after being shown. Then for months I ate with nothing but chopsticks to rebel against my parents. Mom started serving rice, spaghetti, soups and stews in an attempt to stop me but gave up long before I did. Chopsticks are fun. Read how I did it…

We live in a a townhouse that shares a wall with a townhouse on either side of us. Due to this we had the problem of people saying the drums are too noisy. To rectify this, we decided to play in the garage. We actually got more complaints (even though I figured a garage band would be more ignored). I can still land a gig, I suppose, but probably not with this band (unless we find practice space). Also, does open mic count as a gig?
