Sitting somewhere around 160, it’s been a couple of weeks since i’ve made any. Getting ready to move and that’s been taking up alot of my time. Gotta get back on the ball!

It’s been 34 days since my official quit date and I’m still holding pretty strong. I’ve slipped a couple of times a had one, but I haven’t bought a pack since the quit date. My support team is staying pretty strong around me and that seems to make all the difference in the world.
To everyone else still in those early stages, keep strong! Each day is a new accomplishment!

I’ve quit smoking and started going to the gym again! Just going to ease into training for this until I get my lungs back. I did 8 miles in 45 minutes on the reclined bike on Friday morning…a nice easy start. When I’m ready, there’s a spinning class at 0600 every morning at the gym when i get off of work!
