I stepped into a recruiting office in march with a friend who already enlisted and is doing his basic training in june. I took my ASVAB in the beginning of april and passed :) ...with a 60 tho…not all that great. lol. My recruiter showed me a bmi chart. I’m 5 feet and i currently weigh 160 and to reach my perfect body mass index i’m suppose to weigh 145. I;m planning on getting down to 130 at least. Low calorie intake, less carbs..more protein, ALOT of discipline, jogging, sit-ups/crunches, pushups, & swimming. I;m planning on doing my basic training in october. so, i have about 5 months to get to my goal :)

How I did it: I went on a trip to the philippines with my mom in january this year. we visited the mall of asia with some of my relatives. The happened to have an ice skating rink inside the mall and so i had convinced my mom to let me go ice skating. Since afterall, we WERE on a vacation. So why not try somthing fun, new and exciting? (ice skating!!!) sadly, i went by myself since none of my relatives either didnt know how and/or was afraid to get hur… Read how I did it…

I’ve just recently made a decision that i wanted to join the navy. i currently weight 160 and my goal is to lose at LEAST 30 pounds…more would be awesome. i’m 5 feet and my correct bmi for my height would be that im suppose to weigh 145. But i think i know i should lose more than that…it would help in the long run. Now, ive currently got into researching calorie counts of different food and wat typed of exercises i can do and for how long in order to burn certain amounts of calories in a day. I’ve been known to be a VERY lazy person. So now, im gonna have to put up with disciplining myself for however long its gonna take. The month of april..a little bit of discipline, but still being lazy and eating junk food and smoking hookah. I’m planning on doing my basic training in October. I’ll have 5 months to get to the right weight i want to be at. I think it should be enough time. Anyways, feel free to drop me any comments or tips of encouragement. :)
lets just hope i don’t faint lol =/ ...i’ll just have plenty of water and take my centrum vitamin pills =)
