How I did it: I read the Easyway to quit smoking by Allen Car. The real kicker was when I stayed out very late one night and chain smoked until my lungs hurt. I went an entire day without a cigarette and figured I should just keep going. To be honest, I have had a few puffs since that day. But, I have not purchased any tobacco products and my cravings are gone. I feel so much better. Read how I did it…

I am on day three of no smoking. Only two more to go and I should no longer be a slave. I feel awesome. I should have done this years ago.
I would like to get out of Phoenix eventually. Now seems like a good time, my husband and I don’t have children yet. I was thinking Boulder, CO.
