Turns out the key to doing this is trying all those things you aren’t so sure about. Variety is key, both in how it’s prepared and the different kinds of fruit and veggies you buy. Takes some time, but eventually you will start to love it!

How I did it: I tried to not shop, and focused on using the things that we already owned. Sometimes this meant using something in an new and exciting way. Had to get very tough and let go, but it was easier to do it knowing that I was donating all the things we didn't want and use. The first time I traveled by train was to Disneyland. I loved riding the train, visiting the cafe car, and seeing parts of the country I wouldn’t see by car.
I traveled again by train in Russia, and it was so much fun.
I hope to take another train ride.
I haven’t seen them. I’ve seen bits and pieces of them when they are played on PBS during fund raising time, but I have never just sat down and watched the whole thing.
