How I did it: Husband planned the trip as a christmas present. I worked really hard ahead of time to make sure my business could handle the time off. I made a “easy creme brulee” but honestly it was more like icecream with caramel topping. I can’t justify this as completed since it didn’t involve a blow torch. I’ll try again with a more authentic recipe.
