How I did it: By finding an exercise I love! I now regularly attend an aerobics class and a pilates class. I don't have to do anywhere near as much treadmill pounding now, and am still losing just as much weight! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Switching from never eating breakfast to making myself was a hard transition. I started off by taking a piece of toast, wrapped in foil to work to eat some time during the morning. This was okay for a while, but I realised I still needed to change. I have since been making myself get up just a little earlier, so I can enjoy a bowl of cereal and a drink.
