I’ve only lost 2.2 pounds so far, but I’m doing really well as far as the 8 glasses of water a day and the exercising. It’s really easy to stay motivated using SparkPeople. Anyone who has not checked it out, should definitely do so.

Here I go again 6 months ago

So, I have gained even more. Up to 195 now. But there is good news! I found a website called SparkPeople.com that has all kinds of support going on. You can track your water intake, your food intake, your exercising. There are health articles, nutrition articles, motivational articles, and more. You can join smaller groups for inspiration and motivation. You really feel as though you are not alone. I’ve been drinking 8 glasses of water a day now for about a month. I just started exercising again and I feel like this time will be THE time.

go to a movie alone
Untitled 13 months ago

Yay!! I finally did it on Friday. I went to see Twilight and there were not many people in the theatre. I felt strange at first, but once I got in there and saw others alone, I felt better. It was kind of strange to not have someone to comment to, but also nice to not have someone talking to me while I am trying to watch the movie. One goal down, 19 to go!
