In H.S. I was on my school’s track team for 2yrs…and it was amazing!!
I remember those long 6, 7, 8 mile runs where they [the coaches] would push us to our limits. Even the nightly runs are unforgettable (where I would force my cousins to tag along =D …ahhh the memories)

Well, today I started my water fast..It is solely for the purpose of detoxifying my body- to get rid of toxins and jump start a healthy eating pattern. My water fast is being supervised by my doctor so it is completely safe!! A water fast is beneficial and can detoxify the body; get rid of unhealthy food addictions; alleviate sinuses, muscle aches, joint pain, etc.

...That’s it- Tomorrow I’m starting my 10 day water fast. I’ve recently completed a 7 day water fast and barely made it. Afterward I felt great!!-More energetic, lost almost 10lbs, etc. This time I am planning on lasting 10 days followed by a healthy raw food diet…and No cheating :)
