How I did it: just kept doing it regularly for a couple years, and they added up.... =)best to do it with daily regularity... you have more cheers if you cheer regularly and people return some fraction of them, so at some points i would have upwards of ten cheers to hand out each day, and that really helps spread them around and add up...
