Clarifying 6 months ago

So, if I’ve done my math right, I need to shave a minute and 12 seconds off my 200 Free, 16 seconds off my 50 Free, 9 seconds off my 50 breast and 5 seconds off my 50 back.

It’s the freestyle times I’m most worried about…time to get back inthe water and see what can be done!

So, now I have to factor in the little guy! I need to get me up and around, and him up and around and drop him off at daycare and get me to work on time.

So, I need to change what I do in the evenings so that things go smoother in the mornings. This means, making sure that for him the bottles are ready for daycare, the diaper bag is packed, his clothes are laid out for me to dress him and we have enough time for him to eat his “breakfast”. I need to make sure that my clothes are laid out, my breakfast is ready, my purse and any work related materials are next to the front door.

I go back to work on the 3rd of March. We will be doing a “test run” of the evening routine throughout the next two weeks and will make adjustments as necessary.

Not sure about this... 6 months ago

like I said, my goal was to hit the top 50%. I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it, but I’m going to list the target times here. There will be a lot of work to do if I hope to shave off the time I need to! Of course, mastering the flip turns will help!

Here are my goal times:
200 Free- 3:23.30
50 Free- 0:38.95
50 Breast- 0:49.35
50 Back- 0:43.00
50 Butter- 0:45.00

I was already in the top 50% for the 50 Back, so I decided to set my goal for where I would have earned the highest points for the size of my company. And I picked an arbitrary time for the butterfly.
