Trying hard to get a good job

Have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering last year, still searching for a good job. Though worked for a few months in a MNC but didn’t liked it. Have applied to over 400 companies worldwide. But the big companies only give preference to elite college pass-outs. But I am not going to give up. I will keep on trying.
