1. No late night stimulation.
2. No more coffee.
3. Same bedtime every day.
4. Same time up every day.
5. Mild exercise every day.
6. Medication in balance.
7. De-stress every day.

What Does That Look Like? 9 months ago

1. Set a time to write every evening.
2. Make this time only about writing and your top priority.
3. Finish what you start writing.
4. Work even if you don’t feel inspired.
5. Send your work to a Beta.
6. Let the work marinate.
7. Rewrite.
8. Rewrite.
9. Submit the work to a publisher and an agent.
10. Start on another project.

I will write from 8:30 – 10:00 pm each evening. I will work on original fiction for at least 1/2 hour before writing anything else. I will do this for the next 60 days and then reevaluate my progress.
