I am a mom of 4 children.Their ages are 10,8,2 and 9 months. My 3rd child was my largest,and then immedately got pregnant with my son. He’s beautiful and I am in awe of him,but the aftermath of having my children has complegtely destroyed my once 160 lb body. One of my goals is to lose ALL of my weight before my 33rd birthday. I just turned 30 last month,and I do not have unrealisitic goals as to how fast I can lose weight and keep it off. I have a heart condition called sinus tachycardia as well as hypertension.
The one problem that sees to affect me is that I feel like I am constantly hungry,or that I never ate that day. The taste for sweets and chips have increased a great deal,and the amount I can eat in one sitting is scaring me. I do not wish to develop heart disease,nor end up like the rest of the woen in my family. They were all obese. I miss the old me,and I am clueless as where to start. I joined weight watchers at one point,but I did not always have $10.00 every week just to get on a scale. I could have paid my self to do that,but their program did work. I have no patience.I am not unrealistic as to how fast I can lose weight,but that dosen’t mean I don’t want a diet that will work fast with speedy results. If you’re like me them I am sure you understand what I am saying,LOL.Does anyone have a clue out there especially post partum mothers as to what we can do or where to start? I am interested in getting some feedback on this matter.
