Recent entries
I scheduled next Friday off so that my BF and I can have a long weekend and go away somewhere to celebrate Valentine’s day, even though it will be after the 14th. We haven’t decided on a location yet, but thinking Seattle since it’s pretty close and we will only have 3 days.
I have also scheduled off 3 weeks for 2012- 1 in May, 1 in July, 1 in October and a few days around Christmas & New Years.
We made a cold pasta salad tonight with smoked salmon. It was awesome!
Next weekend we are planning to cook a roast. Neither of us have done this before so it might not turn out too well… but there’s gotta be a first time for everything. We will probably do this first one in my slowcooker and maybe invest in a good quality pan/pot for oven roasting in the future.
