Only aiming for twice a week. Keeps me happy. Boxercise and Stretch and Tone. If I keep that up for a while, I’ll think about adding something else.

How I did it: It was extremely hard work especially the dissertation. I have learnt that being an academic can be very lonely at times. Got a distinction though so I am really pleased.
