I am currently weighing 138 lbs. I was always skinny between 115-120 lbs. I got married and got used to the American diet! French fries and sodas. I gained 40 pounds or more. I was weighing 160 lbs when I started the diet. Now I am in 138. I want to lose 20 lbs. I know I can do it. I would want to meet this goal by the end of May. I heard of many diets, but the one that I decided to do was eat like a person that weighs 123 lbs. So I decided to eat 1300 calories a day. In the first ten days I lost 15 pounds. The pounds started to melt… but I was looking ugly… I decided to start exercising and now I am running and enjoying life. People are looking at me… I am not invisible anymore. I just have to start buying clothes for my new size. I was a size 14, Now I am a 8/10…that is awesome!

I have decided to lose 12 pounds at a time, until I have reached my 25 pounds mark. I am excited, because out of those 12 lbs I only need to lose 10 lbs… I am on fire!!!
