How I did it: I tried to give up while I was pregnant, even tried hypnosis, I couldn't quite but I did cut down, the health professionals (counseller & GP & Mental health unit advised against quitting while I was pregnant due to suffering from depression not being on medication & having placenta previa grade 4. Totally doing this and feel alot better when drinking water, I am pretty sure that when I quit smoking my water consumption will increase. Then mum can have the kidney.
Yeah well, I don’t procrastinate on the things that NEED to be done any more, but I should try harder when it comes to the things that should be done, cause umm well they end up becoming things that NEED to be done.
