I got a treadmill for my 20th birthday back in October, but I’ve just started using it within the last three weeks. And guess what? At first it was hard, especially getting up early in the morning… but now I actually look forward to working out. It gives me this ‘rush’ and I’m full of energy the rest of the day!!! I’ve also been watching… mostly lol… what I eat and I can tell I’m getting in better shape. It’s just getting up off my butt and forcing myself to workout that’s the hard part. I haven’t been exercising every day like I wanted to… but one step at a time, right? <3
