How I did it: At the summer camp I worked at, they opened the high ropes course one rest hour for staff who wanted to do it. I do not particularly like heights, but for some reason, I wanted to do it because I didn't want to do it. I felt that I should be challenging myself more. It consisted of beams, ropes, bridges and other connecting parts 50ft above the ground, with a zip wire to finish it off. Once you are up, you can't get down. I was petri… Read how I did it…
How I did it: hired a jet ski in minnesota, cost $85 for an hour, split between 5 of us. Best fun ever! Took it in turns to have a go at driving, with 2 others sitting on the ski. We rode it on Gull Lake in Minnesota on a scorchingly hot day which was perfect. It's really fun to go really fast - my top speed was 40mph which was soooo scary but my friend got us up to 47mph. How I did it: I was crafts director at a summer camp, although not in charge of pottery i got to have a go at the end of the session. you need to knead the clay first to remove airbubbles otherwise it will bloe up in the kiln. you stick a lump of clay in the middle of the wheel, push the bottom down round the edges so it sticks to the wheel and pedal the turntable round, but not to fast. then you mould your pot by pushing your fingers inside to make th… Read how I did it…
