I was trying to wear more and more makeup, and yesterday I decided to go for a darker, yet natural look. When I showed up for band, one (guy) band director said, “You know all of that is going to melt off!” I was so embarrased! Another female director said I looked nice, but I did not intend for my makeup to be that noticeable! I like the natural look, and I think I’m just going to rock it for a while, and not wear makeup. I want to be beautiful, not trampy. :/

I’ve realized that I talk too much. It bores the people around me, and I don’t hear what’s going on. The reason I put ‘hear more’ instead of just ‘listen’ is because I don’t want to just listen to my friends talk. I want to hear everything. To me, there’s a small difference.

I’ve really made some progress with my guitar playing. I’m definently not good, but I can play several songs if I get the chords. I still don’t like chords where you have to hold down every string, but I know a lot more chords than I did. A capo has helped a lot too, it’s doubled the amount of songs I can play.
