Swim in the sea - often!
There's no better form of exercise! 23 months ago

I’ve been doing it every evening for the past 4 and I’m loving it more all the time. I have weak shoulders and arms and I find that it takes so little work to stay afloat that it’s the most wonderful gentle exercise for my shoulders. Taking in the fresh sea air and allowing my skin to absorb the perfect blend of minerals from the sea is also doing wonders for my moods. When I got out of the water this evening my body felt so wonderful that jogging suddenly became a possibility again. I’ll have to take a change of clothes and sneakers and socks next time.
