I bought a new Bible and that really helps. It is the version I want and is large print. Also it has stars by the messianic prophecies. I’m very happy with it.
1. food pyramid – find out what “servings” are of each food group.
2. calorie counter – find out # of calories in foods I like.
3. decide how many calories per day to eat.
4. Plan meals/snacks accordingly.
5. Prepare snacks ahead of time in order to make sure I eat healthy things.
