How I did it: I picked up the Bible one day, sat down, and started reading it. Every time I became distracted or my thoughts wondered I would stop and pray, asking God to help me stay focused and read it. I decided I would read a chapter a day, which is what I've stuck with. I read the Bible first thing in the morning, because it's so important that it should be put first anyway. But, also because that way I'm not just putting it off throughout the day… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I didn't really go on any diets. I just ate what I wanted, but watched the portion sizes. I became more active and found an exercise routine that I like, which I stuck with. It's mostly just becoming more active and eating smaller portions that's done it for me. I haven't really even stuck to an exercise routine any more, as there are some days I don't even exercise...I will just take walks down the street and dance or something to get ex… Read how I did it…
