I’ve started before but never finished. It’s a great book/program. I just have trouble sticking with it. I think I’ll try again.
I’ve decided to eat healthy for July. I am going to keep a food diary. I am cutting back (and maybe cutting out) sugar, white flour, and over-processed foods. I’m not ready to become a complete fanatic again but I think 30 days of very healthy eating will be just what I need.
I miss my daily journaling. So I am setting a goal for myself to journal daily for 30 days just to get back into the habit.
