Blood sugar 2 months ago

Having the vegetable juice really threw off my blood sugar so I am learning about how to eat for diabetes(my mom has it) and then I’m going to try to mix that with the raw food diet as much as possible.

I ordered a ballet video and I have a few other workout DVDS so I’m going to use those to do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of cardio and weight training during the week.

Goal: 2 months ago

I am thinking about taking a ballet class at the local community college next semester which means I need to get in better shape for that so I’m going to order a ballet conditioning or workout DVD and start doing that. I think my main goals are flexability and stamina.
