I ordered a ballet video and I have a few other workout DVDS so I’m going to use those to do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of cardio and weight training during the week.

How I did it: 1.Use a textbook to give your studying structure. I use Treffpunkt Deutsch 3rd edition but most will work fine. Current ones are usually really expensive but an older edition can be really cheap on Amazon. I am thinking about taking a ballet class at the local community college next semester which means I need to get in better shape for that so I’m going to order a ballet conditioning or workout DVD and start doing that. I think my main goals are flexability and stamina.
I’ve just added all my new photos and they’re so much better! Today I’m going to rewrite my very long descriptions.
