Start of Tuesday morning! 2 months ago

Last friday I weighed 142 which was my goal and i was so proud.
- unfortunately, on the weekend i binged.
- small meals
- adderall?
- bikram yoga consistently to speed up metabolism
- yoga on tuesday, friday morning, weekend
- go 5 times a week until you are 140
- move on beyond these repititive goals!

Hope. Strength. Smarts. Avoid gluttony, 7 deadly sin, least sexy one.
