last year this time i was 160lbs. now im 228. i need to lose 68 lbs to get back to my goal weight. if i can get to 170 i’d still be happy. i started my diet today. im going to write down everything i eat and the calories. im drinking slim fast, having salads, and exercising. this may not be model thin but its a start.
