I am aware that in order to be healthy and fit,I have to work out. It’s a hard thing to do when I get up @ 4:45 a.m.,drive 30 min to work,work a “desk” job for 8 hrs and drive 45 min to school (30+ min on non school days).By the time I get home ….I’m exahusted and the day is over! My week is a sad routine. Starting tomorrow (Saturday,the day I look forward to because I get to sleep in)morning I will get up early on weekends and go to the gym for at least 1 hour. During the week I will work out at lest 4 days for 1 hour (or so). I have recently lost 30+ lbs. and don’t want to look “wobbly”. I will get toned and feel better about myself!!

I "think" I can. 2 years ago

Here’s my story….....Over the last 3 yrs I have managed to lose over 90 lbs.!! Like I say,”Slowly,but Surely.” Just 3 months ago I had plateued and started to feel as if I would never reach my goal of weighing 135 lbs.. To say the least,I got back on that horse and have lost 30+ lbs. since. All I have are 30 more lbs to go and I have done it (reached my goal)!!! The only problem is that I have gotten too comfortable and feel as if Im gaining it all back. I don’t know how to keep going on. I use to “know” I could reach my ultimate goal and now I “think” I can. If anyone has any pointers,advice or motivation,I will truly appreciate it.
