I definitely passed my PT test with an excellent for this year, but thats just the beginning. The air force is now going to have two mandatory PT tests every year, so I got to be prepared!
This is as of 13 Aug 2009:
Push-ups – 45
Sit-ups – 50
1.5 mile – 13:20
Height – 61”
Weight – 113 (even though I’m really 115)
Body circumference – about a 28” (I think)
Well, I’m still sticking to doing yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays, running on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I took a pretest today at work, and I got a 74%. I guess its still good because its technically a passing grade, but at least I can figure out what areas are my weak points.
SO for tonight, I’m writing down all of the questions and answers 6 times.

Last night, I slept on the ground. It was mainly because I was in stress that kept me off my bed, but I think I want to do something incredibly unexpected of me…
The space between my bed and a circular chair I’ve got in my room is a small space, but my figure is petite, so it wasn’t bad. I still have that weird feeling that there is something underneath my bed (because there’s so much crap underneath it), so I guess I can overcome that weird sensation. Also, the space is directly right in front of my bathroom door and its bad luck to have your feet facing the door when you sleep. So that’s a major that I’ve got to watch.
I just hope my mom won;t get mad at me for doing this. I don’t know why she would though
