Forgot to post about my weigh-in last week. I was up again… 0.6 lbs. No reason, I had been really REALLY good, so it was frustrating… but what do you do? I keep moving forward, period. What other option do I have? Give up??? Don’t think so.

then got EXTREMELY busy & haven’t journaled for 4 days. So… I start back at DAY 1 w/ my counting. I’m proud of those 63 days & it stinks to be starting @ DAY 1… but it’s better than not starting at all, right??

I disappeared for a bit, surprised to come back & see no new posts! Hope everyone is taking good care of themselves.
I had another tiny gain last week… 0.6 lbs. Pissed me off, since I had another fabulous week, but whatever. Can’t control what the scale is going to do… I continue to prove that! :o)
I’ve not been so fabulous this week, however. Not horrible, but I’ve not journaled the last 4 days. I’ve been sooooo busy & actually had a few pieces of halloween candy yesterday & it threw me into a rotten mood… totally sugar related. Very weird, very dramatic. No more sugar. :o)
So… I start back & day one of THJ tomorrow. I ate really well today, but went out & have no clue how to point it, so I’m starting tomorrow.
Anyways… hope the rest of you are doing okay.
The link in the post below this one, “UNTITLED”, has some really good info… LOTS of info… but it’s mainly a big sales pitch. :o) I don’t know if they really care about healthy or if it’s about making money. Hmmmmmmmmmm…
