Well, as an ex-footballer, I love the game, and I love to watch. So, the World Cup is conceivably ‘kind of a big deal.’ Plus, 2010, South Africa, and I have family living in the country!

Well, I’ve always had a small bit of guilt never learning any of the dialects in Zambia, considering I was born there, and as one of my goals in life is to live there for a significant period of time, specifically my home village where they speak Timbuka, I thought this was a pretty reasonable goal. Plus, I’ve never been able to say much more than ‘hello, how are you?’ to my own grandmother on that side of my family, which is a pretty depressing thought to me.
With the overall goal of achieving and maintaining an acceptable level of physical health for my emotional and mental wellbeing, I feel that exercise is of critical importance. While this is a goal I know will take great personal motivation, considering my abhorrence for exercise without purpose (i.e. not a ‘sport’).
