How I did it: I tried over the counter gel orthodics, exersizes, good quality shoes. . .nothing helped. I finally went to a chiropracter. He told me I had fallen arches. He gave me 3 adjustments and recommended an over the counter orthodic that gave arch support. He also gave me some home therapy and exersizes to do. This helped quite a bit. The one thing he really stressed is not to go barefoot anymore. This was a problem for me in my bell… Read how I did it…
How I did it: We got the medical community involved. My father-in-law was at his wit's end with pain and loss of mobility. He told us to put him in "the old soldier's home". We knew then he was asking us for help. We called his doctor (who was on vacation) and found someone on call that suggested he come into emergency. We did and he has not been home since. He is in a nursing home recovering from a surgery that has already given him back at least… Read how I did it…
Mother is too busy making money and besides, her husband would never let her go. She would not let her go.
