I threw a fairly restrained but rather firm tantrum.
The pipe must be replaced.

Because our personal trainer is leaving on Friday morning to participate in the Midmar dam mile swim.
Last year, one swimmer appaerntly had a heart attach and died – his body was found about a week later.
We wonder what precautions that have taken this year?

15 min treadmill wlak, 6kn hour, 1.48 km;
3 sets of:
Step up knee lift 4 kg X 10;
Bicep curl full/ half 4 kg X 10.
3 sets of: Lunge dips 4 kg X 10;
Tricep dips 10.
3 sets of:
Side superman on step 2.5 X 10;
Bent arm lateral raise 1.5 X 10
Leg lifts to ceiling, 3 X 20.
