I made some soup. It was yummy. I hope to branch out though. It’s nothing gourmet and I’d like to learn more. =)

Violin is sort of the compromise instrument for me. I played the trumpet as my first instrument in school. Marching band, Jazz band, Concert, etc. But I never really embraced it in passion. It was a swell instrument to begin with and I’m glad I took it up but I longed to try something new. I was attracted to the piano and began taking lessons for a few months but didn’t have the money to keep the piano in tune and my life got busy with graduating from high school and starting up on college and real life. So now I think I would like to take up the Violin. It’s a stringed instrument that you can carry with you. It’s not all cliche like a guitar but it’s similar conceptually. And it can be played while moving around more easily than a trumpet that is constantly demanding big breaths.
I’ve traveled in the back seat of a car cross country a few times. I was young and my dad was military. The family traveled. But I would like to plan out a trip myself and do it leisurely.
